Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 798bingo platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering on 798bingo, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If we discover at any time that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and void any associated bets or winnings.

Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access the full features of 798bingo, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 798bingo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

798bingo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We may require you to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

798bingo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn
• 798bingo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within approximately five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer timelines may vary

798bingo reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 798bingo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

798bingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all 798bingo promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 798bingo are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 798bingo reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has concluded.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 798bingo. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 798bingo at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to impose individual stake limits on any player account at our sole discretion.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, 798bingo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. No claim shall arise from any error of this nature. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

798bingo is not responsible for any loss of bets or game progress resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing bets or participating in live games.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 798bingo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players

Intellectual Property

All content on the 798bingo platform — including but not limited to the 798bingo name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 798bingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 798bingo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform
• Use any 798bingo trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorization

Any unauthorized use of 798bingo intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 798bingo and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 798bingo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account
• Any technical malfunction, error, or omission in game outcomes

798bingo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 798bingo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

12.1 Termination by 798bingo

798bingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:

• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct
• Your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time

Upon termination for cause, 798bingo may forfeit any bonus balances and void any pending bets. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to 798bingo, subject to the completion of any required verification and investigation.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your 798bingo account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

798bingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
